Hello, my name is Manisha Shrestha, also known as Mamoii, the proud owner of Mamoii's Yarn. My journey into crocheting began during the pandemic, a time of global hardship that led me to discover this therapeutic craft. As a teenager, I was captivated by the beauty and intricacy of handmade crocheted outfits. In November of that challenging year, I picked up crochet hooks for the first time, feeling an immediate surge of energy and happiness. My mother, supportive of my newfound passion, encouraged me to learn crochet.

I taught myself through YouTube videos, quickly mastering the patterns and techniques. My first significant project was a crochet top, which boosted my confidence and eagerness to create more. However, as a 16-year-old student facing board exams, balancing my studies and crocheting was tough. The stress of finishing projects affected my academics, leading to my parents' concern. I paused crocheting to focus on my exams, but with a clear goal in mind.

After my exams, I felt ready to turn my passion into a business. In 2021, I established Mamoii's Yarn, initially creating small hats, cardigans, and sweaters. What began as a way to earn pocket money and find personal happiness quickly grew into a successful venture. Customers loved my unique designs, and their positive responses fueled my creativity.

Over the past four years, I've sold hundreds of crocheted items, each crafted with love and dedication. I'm incredibly fortunate to now have the opportunity to collaborate with Organic Lifestyle. This partnership provides me with a supportive environment and encourages me to continually innovate and create new pieces. I am grateful for the success of Mamoii's Yarn and look forward to bringing joy to my customers with every stitch.
